  WPA documents related to Ethics and Psychiatry are now available in WPA ON LINE, together with the Declaration of Madrid:   - Declaration of Hawaii/ II (approved by the General Assembly of the WPA in Vienna in 1983)   - WPA Statement and Viewpoints on the Rights and Legal Safeguards of the Mentally Ill (adopted by the WPA General Assembly in Athens in 1989)   - Declaration on the Participation of Psychiatrists in the Death Penalty (adopted by the General Assembly of the WPA, in Athens in 1989)
