The NFOG board has decided that NFOG members who are not affiliated to an institution covering the publication fees and that has no funding for publication costs will be able to apply for funding for publication costs in AOGS from the board initiative. A total of DK 300 000,- is set aside for this purpose. When the allocated resources have been depleted, the arrangement ends. The option to apply for open access reimbursment runs until 01.01.2024. All papers accepted for publication in AOGS will be considered of sufficient quality to have the application approved. This is to cover the full publication costs. This has been changed from the previous decision, when only half the cost was reimbursed. Change to take effect 01.11.2022.
