15th of March - Registration and abstract submission will be closed
15th of April - Notification of abstract acceptance for oral or poster presentation will include additional details useful for preparing for the conference
30th of May- 1st of June - Congress dates
1thof June - Board meeting
Det forrige fysiske møtet i JSRS ble arrangert i Bergen i 2018, med god deltakelse fra Norge. Styremedlemmer i foreningen fra Norge er Ingfrid Haldorsen, Harald Nes og Mona Beyer.
Neste møte i JSRS planlegges i Japan i 2025.
