Surgeon-performed ultrasound is increasingly used in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery to improve patient care. This course is both for experienced practitioners and trainees interested in incorporating ultrasound into their clinical practice.
The ultrasound course is from the 10-11 Juni 2021 and covers thyroid, neck, and ultrasound-guided interventions. An international multispeciality faculty will teach, and half of the time is planned for hands-on training with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:3. Further, the course participants will train ultrasound-guided interventions on fresh frozen cadavers.
Professor Lisa A. Orloff, Stanford, USA – an expert in surgeon-performed ultrasound and author of the leading ultrasound textbook – will be a part of our international expert faculty.
